Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

3. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
